Information the store uses

We store the email address you provide, purchased product, price, order ID, payment status, payment transaction reference, policy acceptance version and time, and download records. A hashed recovery code protects order access. Support correspondence may include information you choose to send.

Our host and Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to deliver and secure the website. The store uses a hashed network address for short-lived abuse prevention. We do not ask for payment passwords, private wallet keys, or card numbers.

Why we use it

We process order and delivery information to fulfill your purchase and provide support. We process security information to prevent abuse and protect the store. We retain records needed to meet applicable accounting, tax, dispute, and other legal obligations. Where applicable law requires consent for an optional use, we will request it separately.

Service providers

FastCloud hosts the application and its order records. Cloudflare provides DNS, proxy delivery, and security for the site. Volet.com processes your payment under its own privacy terms. These providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell customer information or use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies

The store uses a necessary session cookie to protect forms and remember access to your order or admin account. This implementation does not include advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Cloudflare may use security cookies as part of the site's protection.

Retention

We keep purchase and delivery records while needed to provide your download, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal retention requirements. Abuse-prevention counters expire automatically. Hosting and security log retention is managed by the relevant provider. You can ask us about retention or request deletion; records required by law may need to be retained.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information, and object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

Plugin data

This notice covers the store. It does not describe data handling inside the Minecraft plugin or on your game server. Server operators must review the plugin and its configuration and provide their players with any required information. Do not send us unredacted player data or credentials when requesting support.
