Software license

Your permitted use

After payment is verified, Wonderlands grants the purchaser a non-exclusive license to install and use the purchased software on Minecraft servers they own or operate. You may keep backup copies and modify included source code for that licensed use.

Source-code access

Full source-code access does not transfer copyright or grant a right to publish, resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the software or its source. Inferno's source code downloads automatically when the plugin is launched. You are responsible for keeping your copy and recovery credentials private.

Restrictions

Do not share the JAR, source code, or download credentials with unlicensed users; sell or distribute modified versions; misrepresent the software as your own; or remove ownership notices. Any mandatory rights that cannot be restricted by license remain unaffected. Third-party components retain their own applicable licenses.

License scope

This is a license to the purchased release, not a transfer of intellectual property or an exclusive license. It does not include a commitment to custom development or all future releases unless expressly stated on the product page.

Termination

We may suspend download access for fraud or a material license violation. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it. If a purchase is refunded or its license lawfully terminated, you must stop using it and remove your copies, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
